CLEVELAND (AP) - U.S. marshals say they have arrested a 23-year-old man wanted by Cleveland police in a homicide case.
The U.S. Marshal’s Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force says it arrested Luis Nitsche early Saturday. The marshals service says officers had information that Nitsche was hiding out in a Cleveland apartment. They arrested him at about 1:45 a.m. EST. Cleveland police were seeking him in connection with the fatal shooting early Friday of a man who was sitting in a parked car.
Nitsche was taken to Cleveland City Jail. No attorney information for him was available immediately Saturday.
