A man dubbed the “Swiss Cheese Pervert” for his alleged queries to strange women to watch his bizarre sexual display has been taken off the streets of Philadelphia.

Police on Thursday announced they arrested suspect Christopher Pagano, 41, at his home in Norristown, NBC10 Philadelphia reported.

Mr. Pagano has allegedly approached several women and offered to put Swiss cheese on his genitals if they paid him, police say, the local network reported. He’s been charged with stalking, lewdness and harassment.

“He was a weirdo,” one of his neighbors said to the NBC affiliate. “He used to come outside in his underwear with no shirt.”

Another woman who refused to give her name said she was one of Mr. Pagano’s victims.

“He told me he liked to put Swiss cheese on his private area,” she said, describing how Mr. Pagano allegedly approached her while she was sitting near a well-traveled roadway by a Philadelphia university.

She recorded the conversation, starting with her question of why he had Swiss cheese in his car, and then snapped a picture of him supposedly holding a piece of cheese with his pants down.

“Now I’m freaked out because I know it wasn’t just a joke,” she told NBC10, after learning of the arrest.
