COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is opening up her office for one-on-one meetings with constituents.
Haley is scheduled to hold the meetings on Wednesday afternoon at her office at the Statehouse in Columbia.
Those who wanted time with the Republican governor needed to make appointments on Tuesday.
Appointments are set on a first-come, first-served basis, and Haley says she’ll discuss any issue.
Haley has held constituent meetings across the state since becoming governor in January 2011. The meetings continue a tradition started by her predecessor, former-governor-turned-congressman Mark Sanford.
