The Health Care & Wellness Committee will hear a bill sponsored by Rep. Eileen Cody that would reduce the amount of marijuana patients can possess, eliminate collective gardens, and require patients to get an official card from the state Department of Health. Jay Inslee pledged to adopt a low carbon fuel standard during a summit with leaders of Oregon, California and British Columbia, some Republican lawmakers say they want to make sure he doesn’t take unilateral action.
