PAWTUCKET, R.I. (AP) - U.S. Rep. David Cicilline is set to deliver Valentine’s Day cards prepared by Rhode Island elementary school students to veterans in Providence and Bristol.

Cicilline is scheduled to deliver the card to people at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Providence and the Rhode Island Veterans Home in Bristol on Monday morning.
