HOUSTON (AP) - The FBI has arrested a suspect in the robbery of the same Houston bank twice within two months.
Houston City Jail records show Jhontae Lemark Hudson was being held Friday without bond. Online jail records do not list an attorney for Hudson, who was captured Thursday without incident.
The FBI in Houston did not immediately provide information on where Hudson was caught.
He’s charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon for the Oct. 25 holdup of a Woodforest Bank inside a Wal-Mart.
Hudson faces a robbery charge for the holdup of the same bank on Dec. 23. A suspect wearing a cap and sunglasses claimed to have a gun, demanded cash and fled with an undetermined amount of money. Nobody was hurt.
