On one side stands actor Tom Sizemore, who claims that he helped former President Bill Clinton arrange for an affair with his ex-girlfriend, actress Elizabeth Hurley.
On the other side stands Miss Hurley, who yawns at what she calls a ridiculous story.
A new tape that just emerged from Radar Online captured Mr. Sizemore — who was also recently photographed reportedly smoking crystal meth — making the claim of Mr. Clinton and Miss Hurley.
Mr. Sizemore has written of his involvement with Miss Hurley while they were on the set of a movie in 1992 — something she’s never confirmed. He is heard on the tape telling of how Mr. Clinton pressed him for Miss Hurley’s telephone number during a White House screening of “Saving Private Ryan” in 1998.
Mr. Sizemore said that Mr. Clinton told him: “Give it to me. You dumb [expletive], I’m the commander in chief of the United States of America. The buck stops here. Give me the damn number,” Radar Online reported.
Mr. Sizemore is also heard talking to two unknown people on the tape recalling how Mr. Clinton also pressured him to get Miss Hurley to take a plane ride from Los Angeles to D.C. to meet with him.

Mr. Sizemore reportedly said that he handed Mr. Clinton the phone number and watched as he dialed it immediately.
In the brief telephone call, Mr. Clinton said, “Elizabeth, this is your commander-in-chief,” Mr. Sizemore said.
When Miss Hurley hesitated, Mr. Clinton told her, “Listen Elizabeth, this is the president. I don’t have any time for this [expletive]. … I’m sending a plane to pick you up,” Mr. Sizemore claimed on the tape.
Mr. Sizemore then said Mr. Clinton arranged for a private plane and immediately flew her to the White House. When one of the voices on the tape asked if Miss Hurley and the president then shared a sexual encounter, Mr. Sizemore said, “What do you think? She was there for four days.”
Mr. Sizemore also alleged on the tape that the pair carried on an affair for about a year.
Neither Mr. Sizemore, Mr. Clinton or his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, have commented publicly on the tape.
Miss Hurley, however, outright denied the report.
“Ludicrously silly stories about me & Bill Clinton,” she tweeted Wednesday. “Totally untrue. In the hands of my lawyers. Yawn.”
Mr. Clinton and Miss Hurley have been photographed together in several different settings through the years. Mr. Clinton’s spokesperson confirmed both were at a Santa Monica beach house party in 2001. And the two were photographed sitting next to each other at a 2005 event.
