SEATTLE (AP) - To celebrate the Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl victory and their record-setting noisy 12th Man fans, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee has proclaimed a “moment of loudness.”

He’s urging fans to congratulate the team and themselves by making as much noise as possible for 30 seconds at 12:12 Wednesday afternoon. That’s right in the middle of the team’s victory parade through downtown Seattle.
