CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A pending winter snowstorm has prompted the Legislature to postpone New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan’s state-of-the-state speech a day.
Hassan had planned on addressing lawmakers in joint session on Wednesday morning. She now will address them at 2 p.m. Thursday.
A House spokesman said legislative business scheduled Thursday morning will not be postponed, but meetings planned for the afternoon will be rescheduled.
The Senate is not postponing events on its schedule Wednesday or Thursday.
