DETROIT (AP) - Authorities are trying to identify a woman whose body was found on a west side Detroit street.

Detroit police said Tuesday that the woman was hit multiple times Friday night by possibly several vehicles at Davison and LaSalle.

She’s described as white, in her mid-60s, just over 5-feet and with gray hair. She was wearing a red plaid flannel shirt and black “Starter” tennis shoes.

Police also say she was carrying “religious paraphernalia.”
