PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A storm that caused school closures, power outages and hazardous travel conditions has largely moved out of Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service reports snow totals Monday in eastern Pennsylvania range from about 3 inches at Philadelphia International Airport to about 9 inches in some outer suburbs and parts of the Lehigh Valley.

In Harrisburg, the Legislature canceled voting sessions after several inches of snow fell. Some neighboring county offices and courts closed.

The Philadelphia school district canceled classes. Scattered power outages were reported in central Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia suburbs.

The flight tracking website FlightAware reports inbound planes to Philadelphia are delayed about 90 minutes due to snow and ice. Authorities still urge caution on major roadways.

The weather service predicts another storm will hit the region beginning Tuesday night.
