A man who claims he was shot by former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been shot again.

Hartford, Conn., police Lt. Brian Foley said Alexander Bradley was at the Vevo Lounge Bar & Grill on Sunday night when he was shot several times in the leg during an argument, the Associated Press reported.

Mr. Bradley was hospitalized, but details of his condition were not disclosed.

Additional details about the shooting haven’t been released and it is unclear if police have a suspect.

Mr. Bradley filed a lawsuit months ago in Florida alleging Mr. Hernandez was to blame for shooting him in the eye outside a Miami club. Mr. Bradley subsequently lost his eye, AP reported.

Police in Boston, meanwhile, say Mr. Bradley was riding in an SUV with Mr. Hernandez when someone inside the vehicle shot and killed two people in 2012. Nobody has been charged with that crime, and the investigation continues.

Mr. Hernandez has been behind bars for months, charged with a killing that occurred in June near his home.
