LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - The Foxy strip club in downtown Lincoln may get to delay installing new windows and painting them over.

The Lincoln Journal Star says (https://bit.ly/LH6gde ) the City Council is expected to approve an agreement Monday with club owner Donald Arena.

Arena has been expanding and refurbishing his operation. City officials halted the work in October, telling Arena he needed a special permit to expand the establishment and that to get the permit, he had to meet the downtown design standards. The standards included windows on the front of the building that he would be required to paint over so no one outside could look inside.

The agreement allows for the expansion, but he would lose permission for the expansion if he doesn’t complete the window renovations by Nov. 30, 2015.
