TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack is in Arizona to promote the federal health care law.

Vilsack will take part in a roundtable discussion on the Affordable Care Act with members of the community Thursday morning in Tempe.

He will be joined at the Landings Credit Union Basement by Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell.

Federal officials say about 4 million people nationwide have enrolled in the federal health insurance marketplace.

They say the latest statistics show young adults outpaced all other age groups combined.

Vilsack has previously argued that federal health care law would help those living in rural communities and get better care for farming families.
