ATLANTA (AP) - Chicago Bulls guard Jimmy Butler is missing his second straight game with bruised ribs.

Rookie Tony Snell is starting instead of Butler for Tuesday night’s game at Atlanta.

Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau says Butler felt better when he warmed up before the game but “is not quite there.” Butler also missed the Bulls’ 93-79 loss at Miami on Sunday.

Butler, in his second season out of Marquette, is averaging 12.4 points per game. He had 12 points and 13 rebounds in the Bulls’ 100-85 win over the Hawks on Feb. 11 in Chicago.
