BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - Ten train cars loaded with automobiles derailed in northeastern Montana.

BNSF Railway spokesman Matt Jones says the derailment happened at about 8:45 a.m. Sunday near the town of Saco.

The derailed cars remained upright and no one was injured.

Jones says the derailment blocked the main rail line across northern Montana, delaying some train traffic. The line re-opened just after 10 p.m. Sunday night.

The train, carrying only automobiles, originated in Illinois and was traveling to Portland, Ore.

The cause was still being determined. Jones says once a report on the investigation is complete it will be submitted to the Federal Railroad Administration.
