CHICAGO (AP) - Whatever snow is on the ground in the Chicago area will have to wait a while to melt.

The National Weather Service says the highs will only climb to the lower 20s on Monday and in the morning the wind chills will be as low as 15 below zero.

The weather service says there is a chance of light snow late in the evening and before dawn on Tuesday. Temperatures on Tuesday will be in the 20s as well. On Wednesday, it will be even colder. Highs are expected to be 10 to 14 degrees dip as low as 2 degrees above zero that night.
