NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - Two college students in Virginia have been slain in separate incidents.

Norfolk police tell media outlets that 20-year-old Paul Johnson was hit in the head early Sunday morning and died Sunday afternoon at a local hospital. The Old Dominion University sophomore was found in a parking lot.

Richmond police say in a news release that 20-year-old Kahron M. Lee of Woodbridge was shot shortly before midnight Sunday. Lee was a sophomore at Virginia Union University.

Police found Lee lying in a road. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital at 12:37 a.m. Monday.

Two suspects have been charged in connection with Johnson’s death. No arrests have been made in Lee’s death.
