Three flight attendants and two passengers were transported to the hospital after severe turbulence rocked they plane they were riding.

Fox News reported the shaking was so bad that it threw a baby out of a woman’s arms. The baby is doing fine, Fox said.

NBC News reported that one woman aboard the flight was tossed from her seat into the cabin ceiling with such force that the panel cracked.

The United Airlines jet was traveling from Denver to Billings, Mont.

Four of the travelers were treated and released, but one is still in the hospital in critical condition, NBC reported.

“The sudden drop pulled everyone out of their seats, and I mean hard,” one passenger, Joe Frank, told The Denver Post. Another passenger told the local KTVQ station that “there was a lot of screaming, a lot of hollering.”
