Alberto Rodriguez taunted San Antonio police with a “catch me if you can” message on his Facebook account — and Texas law enforcement obliged.

The biker who prosecutors say recklessly darted through traffic at 100 mph on a stolen vehicle and then posted the helmet-camera footage on Facebook was apprehended Tuesday, Reuters reported.

“When we pulled up on the house, our man ran out the back door and was hiding behind an air-conditioning unit,” San Antonio Police Chief William McManus told reporters, according to Reuters.

Mr. Rodriguez, 27, had multiple arrest warrants in connection with motorcycle theft hanging over his head.

“He said ’catch me if you can,’ and our detectives caught him,” Mr. McManus said.

An attorney for Mr. Rodriguez was not immediately available for comment, Reuters reported.
