MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Morgantown police say they have charged a third person following an investigation into a reported hazing incident at West Virginia University.

Police on identified the suspect Monday as 23-year-old Christopher David Lazelle of Morgantown. Police did not know if he is a student at WVU.

Police said Lazelle surrendered to police on Friday. He was arraigned on a charge of hazing and released.

The arrest stems from an investigation into the physical assault of a 19-year-old male while participating in an initiation at the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity on Nov. 15.

The charges against the first two suspects include battery and hazing.
