BUIES CREEK, N.C. (AP) - Lucas Woodhouse scored 18 points and Tristan Carey had 17 points and 13 rebounds as Longwood rode a lopsided first half to a 76-53 upset over Campbell on Saturday night and ended a five-game losing streak.

Longwood took a 46-13 halftime lead after dominating across the stat sheet. The Lancers shot 57.6 percent to 19 percent for Campbell, scored 15 points off 11 turnovers and outrebounded the Camels 24-7. They had an 18-4 advantage in the paint and a 12-1 edge in second-chance points. For good measure, they made eight steals.

Karl Ziegler added 14 points and Darrion Allen 11 for the Lancers (8-19, 3-9 Big South). Carey’s double-double was his third this season.

Campbell (12-15, 6-6) won the first meeting 75-67 on Jan. 11 and came into the game with a 5-1 home conference record.

Reco McCarter scored 12 points and Andrew Ryan 11 for the Fighting Camels.
