PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Forecasters say much of Oregon is in for a rainy, windy weekend that could see flooding.

The National Weather Service has posted numerous watches and warnings for the coast, Western Oregon mountains, the Willamette Valley, southwestern Oregon, and Central and northeast Oregon.

On Friday, the Weather Service reported minor flooding around Sunriver, and there were reports of water over low roads and other areas in the Willamette Valley. The city of Albany closed two parks.

Along the coast, the flood-prone Coquille River is expected to be out of its banks.

Rainfall at higher elevations led the Hoodoo ski area to cut ticket prices.

The weather service said some of the windiest conditions are expected in the high desert southeast of the Cascade Range, where gusts could hit 80 mph.
