NEW YORK (AP) - Matthew Wright and Andell Cumberbatch each scored 18 points as St. Bonaventure defeated Fordham 76-65 on Wednesday night.

The Bonnies (14-10, 4-6 Atlantic 10) shot 49.2 percent from the field and outrebounded Fordham 40-28. Dion Wright finished with 10 points and nine rebounds.

Fordham (9-14, 2-8) was held to 22-of-53 shooting (41.5 percent) and went 8 of 24 beyond the arc. Branden Frazier and Mandell Thomas each scored 20 points. Frazier also had seven assists and Jon Severe had six to go with his 13 points.

St. Bonaventure broke a 15-all tie in the first half with a 10-0 run and led by six at the break. The Rams cut their deficit to three in the second half after a Severe 3-pointer, but a 9-2 run capped by a Wright 3-pointer put St. Bonaventure back up by 10.

A late 10-0 surge put the Bonnies up 75-58 with 3:24 left.
