PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say an Avondale man has been arrested in a December killing of another man.

According to police, detectives arrested 18-year-old Horace Edwin Johnson III in the fatal shooting of Floyd Prince.

Management of an apartment complex found Prince’s body in a unit on Jan. 3, and police said he’d been killed a couple of weeks earlier.

According to police, ballistics tests indicate that a handgun found on Johnson when he was arrested Friday was used to kill Prince.

Johnson doesn’t yet have a lawyer.
