CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) - Laurent Rivard scored 22 points by converting 6 of 9 3-pointers to power Harvard to an 80-50 rout of Pennsylvania and its 19th straight home win Saturday night.

Harvard trailed until midway through the first half. Kyle Casey’s dunk to give the Crimson a 19-18 lead was part of a 12-0 run and a 27-4 finish to the first half that left Harvard up, 44-23.

Harvard (17-3, 4-0 Ivy League) is off to the third best start in program history and the Crimson defense held the Quakers 10 points under their season average points allowed (60.4 points per game). Harvard held a decisive edge on the boards (35-22), with Kyle Casey pulling down 11 rebounds to go with 15 points.

Penn (4-13, 1-2) got 14 points from Tony Hicks, with Darien Nelson-Henry and Miles Jackson-Cartwright both adding 10. The Quakers shot 41.2 percent from the floor.
