RENO, Nev. (AP) - Jerry Evans Jr. scored 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as Nevada survived a second half Air Force rally to win 69-56 in overtime Saturday.

Taking a 31-18 advantage into the break, Nevada (12-10, 7-2 Mountain West) went cold early in the second half as the Falcons stormed back with a 21-7 run to take its first lead of the game on a Kamryn Williams layup that made it 39-38 with 12:12 to go. The lead seesawed down the stretch, and Nevada’s Cole Huff sent the game into OT on a layup, tying the score at 54 with 11 seconds left.

Air Force (9-11, 3-6) then faltered, scoring just two points in OT as Nevada pulled away.

Huff had 13 points, AJ West and Deonte Burton had 10 each for Nevada. West also had 10 rebounds.

Marek Olesinski and Max Yon led Air Force with 19 apiece.
