SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — An FBI agent is expected to testify Monday after being accused of pressuring a witness to back out of testifying in a trial about videos related to the Oklahoma City bombing.

Utah lawyer Jesse Trentadue says former government operative John Matthews decided not to testify at the urging of the agent. The FBI says Matthews didn’t want to testify.

Trentadue is trying to persuade the judge that a video exists showing Timothy McVeigh didn’t act alone. Trentadue says he should be able to search the FBI archives for it. The agency says they have done a reasonable search and found no additional, unreleased videos exist.

The lawsuit ultimately seeks to explain why Trentadue’s brother, who resembled a police sketch of a second suspect, was flown to Oklahoma, where he died in a federal holding cell.
