Speaker John Boehner slammed President Obama during a radio broadcast to a North Dakota audience, calling him completely unprepared for the job of running the nation’s highest executive office.

“When you look at this White House, you see incompetence at many levels,” Mr. Boehner said, during an interview with KTGO. “Democrats, Republicans, nobody has a relationship with the White House.”

Mr. Boehner also blasted the president for seeming to think that “giving a speech is leadership, [when] it really isn’t,” he said, Newsmax reported. “It’s not about Democrats versus Republicans. It’s a White House that’s not very well organized and frankly, not very effective as well.”

Mr. Boehner expressed concern for the middle class, saying this class of Americans was “being squeezed,” Newsmax reported.

He also decried Mr. Obama’s “apology tour” of five years back that is still reverberating around the world and fueling some of the overseas political tensions that are rocking the Middle East right now, he said.

“He went to Europe, and he went to the Middle East and apologized for American leadership and apologized for America being strong,” Mr. Boehner said, Newsmax reported. “And look at the result. When American leads and America is strong, the world is a much safer place. The world wants us to lead, but the president just won’t do it.”

Mr. Boehner said, Newsmax reported: Mr. Obama is just “not prepared for the job” of being president.
