PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Amtrak says service has been suspended between Philadelphia and Trenton due to police activity.

Officials say trains continue to travel along the Northeast Corridor between Washington and Philadelphia, and between New York and Boston.

The temporary disruption was announced just before 3 p.m. Monday. Officials did not indicate when normal service would resume.
