The scores of illegal immigrants crossing into American in recent months are little more than voters-in-waiting for the Democratic Party — and that’s why President Obama and his administration don’t want to slow the flow, Rep. Louie Gohmert said.
He made the comments during a recent interview on “The Capitol Hill Show” with Tim Constantine.
Mr. Gohmert outright called the illegals — most of whom were minor-aged — “undocumented Democrats,” Breitbart reported.
“This administration doesn’t have the desire, doesn’t have the will, to actually stop it because they see people coming across as undocumented Democrats,” he said. “So they want to keep that surge of people coming in illegally even though it includes a big spike in other than Mexicans — OTM as we call them — from countries where terrorism abounds. It includes countries where Ebola is located.”
Estimates have varied, but the number of minor-aged illegal immigrants who’ve crossed into the United States since October was reported by one source at 67,000.
