MIAMI (AP) - The U.S. Coast Guard says it brought an infant with breathing problems from a cruise ship in the Bahamas to Miami Children’s Hospital.

A Coast Guard MH-65 rescue helicopter flew a medical crew to Coco Cay, Bahamas, on Sunday evening after getting a report that the 10-month old was having difficulty breathing on the cruise ship. The Enchantment of the Seas was moored in Coco Cay.

The medical team stabilized the infant. The baby and the medical team were then flown to Miami. They arrived at the hospital around 9:45 p.m. Sunday.

There was no word on the infant’s condition early Monday.
