SNOWFLAKE, Ariz. (AP) - An eastern Arizona highway has reopened after a four-hour closure because of a fatal single-vehicle accident.
State Route 77 was closed part of Friday morning about five miles north of Snowflake because of the rollover accident that the Department of Public Safety said killed two people.
The closure was on a stretch of highway between Snowflake and Holbrook.
DPS said the southbound vehicle went off and on the roadway before it rolled several times, coming to rest on its roof and facing north.
The victims were not immediately identified.
