COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Authorities say a 36-year-old Columbus man has been charged with raping a 13-year-old girl who was waiting for a school bus.

The Columbus Dispatch reports (https://bit.ly/1lt3W6B) that Antonio J. Fillmore was charged with two counts of rape Thursday. Columbus police say he forced a girl waiting for a bus in Columbus Tuesday behind a vacant house, where he allegedly raped her.

Fillmore was in the Franklin County jail and was scheduled to appear in court Friday morning. It wasn’t immediately clear if he had an attorney.

Police say DNA evidence taken from the crime scene matched a sample taken from Fillmore from a previous case. The Dispatch reports he was sentenced to three years in prison for assault in 1998 and to six months for drug trafficking in 2006.
