WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) - Premier league clubs Newcastle United and West Ham will play A-League sides Sydney FC and Wellington in a four-way friendly tournament in New Zealand in July.

Wellington Phoenix general manager David Dome said Wednesday the matches will be held from July 22 to 26.

New Zealand international defender Winston Reid, who plays for West Ham, says he is “really excited to be bringing West Ham to New Zealand to play a bit of footy … and show them how we do things in New Zealand.”
