CLEVELAND (AP) - A judge in northeast Ohio tacked another long sentence onto the prison time of a convicted rapist who recently was linked by DNA to two other attacks 20 years ago.

Prosecutors in Cleveland said 55-year-old Kenneth Parker pleaded guilty to three charges of rape and four charges of kidnapping. He was sentenced to between 16 and 50 years in prison.

Parker is now serving an 18-year sentence for two rapes he committed in Columbus in 1996. He was scheduled to be released next year, but now the new sentence will kick in.

Parker was linked to two Cleveland attacks in 1993 when the rape cases were reopened after authorities tested decades-old sexual assault kits.

Prosecutors said he forced victims into vacant dwellings using weapons or the threat of weapons.
