SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) - One of two men charged in the shooting death of a man found dead in a ravine in northeastern Pennsylvania last summer is heading to trial.

The (Scranton) Times-Tribune (https://bit.ly/1nX6pXB) said a jury was selected Monday in Lackawanna County for the trial of 23-year-old Jason Dominick. Twenty-three-year-old Neil Pal is scheduled for trial in June.

Both are charged with murder and conspiracy in the death of 24-year-old Frank Bonacci, whose body was found in his SUV on a ledge above Roaring Brook in July. Prosecutors allege that Bonacci was killed following an all-night party at Pal’s house.

Separate trials were ordered after Dominick’s attorney sought to introduce evidence against Pal.

Prosecutors allege Dominick killed the victim due to a dispute over a woman. His trial gets underway on Tuesday.
