ATLANTA (AP) - Police believe they have found the gun a Fulton County prosecutor’s estranged husband used to kill himself, after shooting his wife three times and a Lithonia man once.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that police identified 39-year-old Levon Hailey as the man who was in the car with Assistant District Attorney April McConnell at the time of Friday’s shooting (https://bit.ly/1hxYdMh ). Police are calling the double shooting a domestic incident.

Police found the body of Tranard McConnell, the prosecutor’s husband, on Friday at a cemetery close to the site of the initial shooting, dead of a self-inflicted shot to the head. April McConnell filed for divorce on Monday.

WSB-TV is reporting that April McConnell remains in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital on Saturday (https://bit.ly/1lO9ps2).
