RUTHER GLEN, Va. (AP) - Value City Furniture is planning to hire up to 75 people in Virginia as part of a realignment of its distribution network.
The Caroline County Board of Supervisors says 50 of the positions will serve the company’s distribution center in Ruther Glen. The remaining jobs will be at a location in Richmond. The hiring is expected to take place in the next 90 days.
Officials say the company owned by American Signature Furniture Inc. is increasing the amount of stores the Caroline County distribution center will service.
