The 140-15 roll call vote Thursday by which the Missouri House passed legislation rewriting the state’s criminal laws.

Voting “yes” were 105 Republicans and 35 Democrats.

Voting “no” were 15 Democrats

Not voting were three Republicans and one Democrat.
