LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - A West Texas man has been sentenced to life in prison for a 2012 double slaying in Lubbock involving two people he knew.
Prosecutors say Joshua Paul Bulls of Lubbock pleaded guilty Wednesday to two counts of murder in a plea agreement.
Investigators used DNA evidence to link Bulls to the deaths of Jodi Shannon Winn and David Vincent Martinez in separate November 2012 attacks during arguments.
Police say Bulls, who was sentenced to two concurrent life prison terms, was friends with the two victims.
