LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Arkansas Department of Human Services’ Division of Children and Family Service is to join child advocates, parents, judges, children, and others in a rally at the state Capitol against child abuse.

The rally is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. Wednesday on the front steps of the Arkansas State Capitol in Little Rock and is intended to draw attention to child abuse and to present ways on how the abuse can be prevented.
