ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) - A digital mural with a Mother Nature theme has been unveiled on the exterior of part of Atlantic City’s Boardwalk Hall.

The mural titled “Journey” debuted Tuesday. It includes 27 panels that wrap around West Hall, along Florida and Pacific avenues.

Each panel is 25-feet wide by 35-feet tall, with a combined length of 700 feet. The entire project is a combination of hand-rendered and digitally composed sketches.

Artist Mitsu Overstreet says the idea is to celebrate the beauty of Atlantic City’s natural environment under the themes of sunrise and sunset.

The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority plans to allocate $500,000 on a mural program in the city’s Tourism District.
