FLINT, Mich. (AP) - Police say several dogs have been found dead inside trash bags along a Flint street.

The Flint Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1hgPolE ) the discovery of four or five dogs was made Friday. Genesee County Animal Control was called and there’s no immediate word of arrests.

In March, workers involved in Flint blight elimination efforts found 12 dead dogs dumped in the middle of a street in trash bags. At the time, Flint officials said those dogs might have been used in dog fighting. Police and Humane Society officials were investigating that find.
