LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A fitness center run by the city of Little Rock is temporarily closed after a small electrical fire.

The fire damaged the sauna and parts of the locker rooms at the Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center in midtown Little Rock. The city says the fire was quickly contained early Monday, and no one was in the building when it broke out.

The Little Rock Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.

The city says the center will remain closed until the investigation is complete and an initial cleanup has occurred. Members will be credited with an additional number of days to account for the time that the center is closed.
