LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock has added a new, nonstop flight to LaGuardia Airport in New York.
The daily service offered by American Airlines began Wednesday. The flight is operated by regional partner American Eagle and leaves Little Rock at 6:30 a.m. daily. The airline is also offering a daily return flight, which gets into Little Rock at 9:30 p.m.
The new flight is among the changes made by American Airlines as it merged with US Airways. Little Rock lost a nonstop flight to Washington’s Reagan National Airport but gained the LaGuardia flight as part of the deal to win government approval of the merger.
