CORINTH, Miss. (AP) - Officials of the Crossroads Arena in Corinth say country singer Brantley Gilbert set an attendance record in his performance March 29.

Arena general manager Tammy Genovese tells The Daily Corinthian (https://bit.ly/1iahUHv ) more than 7,400 people attended the concert, besting the previous record of 7,300 set during a May 2012 Luke Bryan concert.

The arena also set records for concessions and merchandise sales, Genevose says.

Gilbert is on a 22-city tour.
