Hatcher Pass to close to snowmobile use

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Alaska parks officials say Hatcher Pass is closing to snowmobile use because of warming weather.

The Hatcher Pass east management area is scheduled to close to snowmobile use, beginning Saturday.

Officials say the closure includes the east side of Hatcher Pass, including Summit Lake State Recreation Area.
