WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police say a man has been charged after officers published a photo a woman took of an alleged flasher on social media.

Officers say the woman was jogging in Brandywine Park on April 12 when a man exposed himself to her. Investigators say the woman took a picture of the man, who then fled.

Police say the woman gave the picture to officers, and it was distributed through a news release and social media.

Authorities say 29-year-old Nicholas Saienni of Wilmington surrendered at police headquarters on Wednesday after officers had received tips and contacted him.

Saienni was charged with indecent exposure.
