OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) - The FBI is identifying a man officials say was shot and killed by agents last week in a shopping area in Owings Mills.

FBI officials identified the man Monday as 34-year-old Jameel O. Harrison. The agency said it won’t release any further details because there’s an ongoing investigation of the shooting.

The agents confronted the man in an SUV late Friday afternoon on a road near a Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club near Reisterstown Road. The FBI has said three agents were working on a drug investigation at the time. A Baltimore County police officer was with the FBI agents during the shooting.

The hood and windshield of an SUV was seen riddled with bullet holes.

The incident is being investigated jointly by the FBI and Baltimore County police.
